When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date ordered. However,
most of the time your order will ship within 48 hours. If you need
it right away, please let us know! During checkout there is a box
for special requests. Please give us the date you would like it by,
and we will email you with confirmation.

How will you ship my order?
We use ups or fedex ground for all orders. If you prefer USPS,
just let us know in the special request box at checkout.
All shipments are insured for the purchase price.

Can I change a bead color, chain length, earwire style, etc?

If you have any special requests, we will do our best to accomodate
you! Please make a note of what you would like customized in the
special resquest box at checkout (or in an email). We will email you to
let you know if your request is possible. Your card will not be charged
until we have worked out the specifics with you and email confirmation
is made.

Can I return something if I'm not happy with it?

Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
The item being returned must be in its original, unworn state,
accompanied by your receipt. You may also receive store credit
or exchange it for a different item. For a refund, your credit
card will be credited for the purchase price, minus applicable
shipping charges.

What are the shipping and sales tax costs?

We've set a flat $7 shipping cost for all domestic orders.
International orders have a different flat fee, which you will
see during checkout. There is no sales tax unless you are
ordering from Arizona, where we are located.

Can I order something and have it shipped to another address?

Yes. During checkout, you will be asked for your billing address
and your ship to address.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it giftwrapped
(no charge), please make a note of that in the special request
box provided during checkout (or in an email). For gifts, we include a gift
receipt. Please let us know what the occasion is, and what you would like
written on the card.

What if my jewelry breaks?

Email us with the details of what broke. If it is determined to be a
faulty component or due to the craftmanship, we will fix your jewelry at
no charge. Otherwise, we are still happy to repair it for you, but there
will be a repair charge. We will let you know what that is via email.

Is my privacy protected when shopping on the website?

Absolutely! All information is kept private.
